Joseph Bartlett has extensive experience in corporate finance, securities and corporate law, and advises clients on buying, selling and financing businesses as well as corporate governance, securities law compliance, employment, compensation and other legal issues facing developing companies. He specializes in structuring and negotiating business arrangements, including joint ventures, strategic investments and partnership /LLC agreements.

Since 2006 Mr. Bartlett has served as general counsel to a leading private green tech investor, structuring, negotiating, and managing more than 50 venture capital and other investments in socially conscious technologies involving more than $1B in total investments. Joe has served on more than a dozen public and private boards and advises clients (and acts as an expert witness) with respect to fiduciary duties of directors and shareholders and other corporate governance matters.
