Madeline Kay assists clients in real estate (litigation and transactional), corporate transactions, civil litigation, and business litigation matters.

Madeline brings valuable transactional experience from her previous professional work as a senior paralegal in real estate finance.  Madeline assists clients with commercial property transactions, entity setups and dissolutions, commercial property disputes, contract disputes, and complex partnership disputes.  Madeline also has a strong interest in legal operations and process optimization based on experience in developing automated document drafting products.

Madeline received her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in History, cum laude, from UCLA and earned her J.D. from LMU Loyola Law School, where she served as a Staff Editor on the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.  At Loyola, she was actively involved in student leadership, serving as Recruitment and Social Chair for the Real Estate Law Society and as a Board Member for the Business Law Society.  Madeline completed LMU’s Real Estate Certificate Program.

A South Bay native, Madeline grew up and attended school in El Segundo and now resides in Manhattan Beach.  She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Real Estate Section.  Outside the office, Madeline enjoys the beach, swimming, walking her dogs, exploring new restaurants with friends, and stand-up comedy.
