Taylor Stephen represents and assists clients in real estate (litigation and transactional), civil litigation, and business litigation matters.

Taylor assists clients with residential and commercial tenancy disputes, disputes arising from the transfer of commercial and residential properties, and disputes that involve residential and commercial development projects. Taylor’s experience includes litigating disputes between fractional owners such as tenants in common and members of limited liability companies and partnerships. Taylor’s business litigation experience includes assisting clients with the prosecuting and defending of contractual disputes as well as business torts including fraud and breach of fiduciary duty. Taylor is involved in all phases of trial preparation and case management, including discovery and motion practice.

Taylor received her B.S. in Finance from Providence College, where she played Division I softball and graduated cum laude.  She earned her J.D. from LMU Loyola Law School.  At Loyola, Taylor was an Entertainment Law Fellow.
